“Remember what you are worth.” That is the simple yet powerful message of the 2015 mutual theme song, “Fragile.” We must be kind to others, and when we ourselves are hurt we must turn to Jesus Christ, who knows and loves us always.

Its interesting to come back to this song after ten years of having it. All the emotions I felt first listenting to this come back and I'm incredibly grateful to have come to experience that pain stopping with the help of Jesus Christ 🙏

I can relate to the girl in that video.  It can make all the difference to have a friend willing to lift you up where you want to be.  Thank you for the video!

I feel deeply for anyone in that situation.  I've been there at times.  If only someone could show genuine kindness toward every person who is bullied.  The Holy Ghost provides the most incredible comfort, and thankfully the Spirit helped me to learn that it didn't matter what people said or thought about me.  Since I started to understand and recognize the Spirit more in High School, I have relied on it ever since to provide comfort, and hope through every life experience.  Remember, we have the promise of the Spirit being a constant companion as long as we keep the commandments, and always remember(and defend) our Saviour.

I'm atheist now however, I will say when I used to be in youth (Ex LDS Mormon here) I used to listen to this song on repeat when I was struggling with Self harm and suicidal thoughts and it would calm me. I still listen to this song and each time it gets me because it reminds me of when I was struggling and how much I wanted to change.

Though now 68, this brought me to tears, I remember bullying and ostracism all too well. Do have the courage to reach out, to be there for someone. You might save a life.

I don't know about anyone else but I have suffered from bulling my entire life and and it hurt so much knowing someone could hurt someone else in such a way and treat them as less, and the entire time i knew everyone is important in the sight of god, and I became closer to christ as I prayed and tried forgive those who hurt me. As I grew closer to god I stopped caring about the mean things people said or did to me and I started to look out for others like me and I befriended them and helped them through the hard time. I love this song and for anyone who is suffering from bulling remember you are important to god! God loves you!
