The total living space of this 1 story cabin house is 64sqm / 688sqft and the estimated cost is 605k to 1.1M Philippine Peso which is approximately 11k – 23k usd. (The cost to build this tiny house is based on the filipino market) and about 120k - 240k usd in U.S Price list.

THIS is THE one for me! My hubs n I have our own bedrooms n it works for us. ❤
I’ve been waiting to see the perfect small house for us. So many have a master bedroom n it’s the only one with a full bathroom. These are equally proportional. It’s perfect for 2 seniors. I can’t believe I’m saying that. We married at 21. Had our only child at 23. Now we’re in our 60’s. We’re 12 days apart in our birthdays. We’ve known each other since we were 3. The years really do fly by. It seems like just yesterday that our son was a little boy. Now he n his Lady are about to have our first grandchild. It’s a girl! 💖 They’re due in October and they’re naming her after my beloved Mother. ❤
Okay, I’ve gone on long enough. 😊 I sure do love this tiny home. I watch several channels on tiny homes n I’ve seen so many. This is the one I want. 💯👍🏽💝 We’ve been looking at small plots of land for the place we want to put there. My sisters n I talked about building a small community with tiny homes so we can all live close to one another. Have a spare tiny home for company there too! Our own little village. 💝

Cool! A couple of things. Personally I always want a window over the kitchen sink. Number two, pocket doors, utilize space so much better than hinged doors..

This is very nice the only downfalls for me was I felt it was too many doors some doors could have been just taken out to add more space and sadly no tub but if someone on a budget getting a home that works just tooo many doors other than that it!

Dont need double door entry, give space to living room. Use pocket doors on all interior doors. No door on LR to hallway for bedrooms. Reduce size of table to add more area to the kitchen.

Too much wasted footage, for that entryway to be all walled off that doesn't need to be there. Wasted space for the highway with the bedrooms. Some of that square footage could allow the bathrooms to be bigger. The bathrooms are too cramped!

Love the walk into the house, love windows but not behind my head in the bedroom. Don't like the boxed cabinet above the sink, would rather have a window with the sink. Nice flooring.

Why not design bedroom closets to the ends of each wall, giving more storage space? Maybe the closet units stopped short of the wall to give the psychological impression of more space . . . but peopel really, really need as much storage space as it is possible to give them.
