🌱💚🌿Reminds me of a whimsical forest, I could just image a castle in the background and some horses with wings. 🏰💖🌸

Snowdrops signal that spring is on its way! Then aconites, bluebells, daffs and “spring is here!!”

Beautiful ❤️ such a cheerful plant waving to say hey, spring is on it's way 😎 my first one opened up a few days ago. We bought clumps off Lindores Abbey for a Bumblebee Conservation Trust open day last day, so hoping they won't be too far behind 😁

They look really lovely! Ours have been in for just one year now and are just coming into flower now, I look forward to having a wonderful show like you have here, the big blue carpenter bees love them, and there are not many other sources of feed for them at this time of year, 18 degs here yesterday, so the bees were active, stay safe ! Beautiful! Love Snowdrops and these ones are just so pretty. The weather in Surrey was very Spring like today and I saw our first Bumblebee of the year this afternoon, alas she was not interested in our Snowdrops :o( . I hope she will be ok, especially if the weather turns cold again. I have no idea if Sarcococca has any benefit to wildlife(?) but the fragrance from ours is amazing at the moment. Hope you have a good week, Joel, thanks for sharing another lovely video.

Yep - desperately looking around for winter flowerers for my little orchard. Not sure if we can get snowies in Australia but i'll check it out. I'll be putting one of our Hardenbergia violaceae which flowers in winter. If I can't get it right, i'll be out there with a little paintbrush doing the job myself! Your snowdrops are really lovely.

Thanks Joel, what a lovely spread of snowdrops. Coincidently, I bought a tray of snowdrops last week and have been trying to decide whether to plant in a pot or directly in the garden. Also bought a pot of English bluebells, so far only had the Spanish variety that I inherited with the garden.

Beautiful flowers and I wish I could grow some as they look very nice💕👌. If they do grow here, I would say Tasmania or regional highlands in Victoria would be the places as obviously the rest of Australia would not suit their planting zone requirements. Thanks for the video and great info as always, Joel👍!

I carefully lifted the snowdrops in my garden 3 yrs ago and plonked them in a large tub. Garden landscaping is now finished and the snowdrops are still in the tub and flowering beautifully.... can I put them back in the garden now??

it can be 20 below in January, and these will be the first flowers that pop up through the snow. the actual flowers will bloom the single day that is warm, even in January.
