Sat 21Aug 150346 tests, 22262 positive cases. Positive rate 14.81%

On Monday 23Aug, 118158 tests, positive case 17672, positive rate 14.96%

Situation didn't improve as shown by the high positivity rate. Testings reduced, hence positive case drop.
If testing stopped, positive case becomes zero. Shiok sendiri.
