That’s why you use a neutral shredded cheese like mozzarella to boost the flavors of the ramen while giving nice texture and killing some heat, or you could also sin and use craft singles

I'm thinking less milk, so the noodles don't swim in it, but are just nicely coated, and less cheese, and less salty variety. Gouda perhaps, or mix few varieties to have a reacher flavour, but not too salty.
I think if you used only a bit of the sauce just to coat the noodles, it wouldn't be too bad.. or maybe try to change the sauce into a broth and have a soup? Idk, I'm sure you can make it work somehow :0.

Try my favorite ramen recipe ok here we go
1. Boil some noodles
2.put in two eggs
3.mix the chicken seasoning packets
4.add 1/2 of cream cheese
5.add steak carnitas bell peppers and onions and minced garlic 🧄 and 1/2 of butter mix thoroughly well and then the last ingredient add the steak carnitas on top and the bell peppers and onions and the garlic 😋

Steps to make carbonara ramen (my way)
•First boil the ramen
•Take it out
•add the powder
•add a quarter of the spice thang
•add a lot of cheese
•then add a quarter cup of milk
•after microwave for 1min
•add seaweed and ricecake(optional)
•use a chopstick to stir it up
••then enjoy 😊
