The forest and the spirits of the woods have been a great help lately. Every time I am there, I feel immediate rest going through all my body. A deep relaxation, a feeling of being home. I am truly grateful for spending my time so close to nature and always being surrounded by the spirits of nature.

Today is a big day for me. After more than 6 months of work we finally release my new online course, the Handpan Fundamentals. It’s been a crazy ride and I encountered many moments of deep exhaustion and confusion.

I don't know why, but your first song made me cry. I started thinking about where I want to go, how do I have to live my life to have lived the right way. How to live correctly and successfully ? I realized that there isn't an answer on how to live a correct life, but to live this moment. Life is a blessing and we only got one chance. I believe that dogs even if they live shorter lives than we do from their perspective it's just as long as we perceive our lives. So life is short make it count, when you eat truly taste it, when you walk truly feel your body move, when you become immerse inside the experience of life, maybe you find something special unique to you. I hope this helps someone in need, when you question life and feel lost, don't worry about it, you are basically just experiencing one moment of confusion, this is your story. Confusion is part of it. You will sit there sometimes and ponder or be sad, but life is all about those changes, sometimes you fall but then you get up and keep going. Sometimes you are lost and confused, but then you find the answer and take a new path. Sometimes life seems unfair and you feel like there isn't a solution but then you embrace hardship and acquire strength. Please live life fully and always strive towards a better place <3

I’m 23, I usually like listening to all types of music from my hoodrat music, to screemo, to German indie music, to Arabic love songs I don’t necessarily understand, but recently music with words hasn’t been hitting my soul in the right way… It’s more unpleasant than pleasant to listen to sometimes because it just feels like it’s been adding to the chaos in my brain (which is true because it’s low vibrational music). But music like this, tuning fork music, and frequency music with no words feels healing and makes my brain/mental health issues feel less chaotic… Music heals if you let it
