1 Minute Microwaved Poached Eggs

This is the easiest way to make the perfect poached eggs. Made in the microwave and only takes a minute.

I have an easier method than this! I have a high power electric water heater so it's a snap!

1, get a strong paper towel.
2, get a coffee mug.
3, place the towel into the cup with the lips hanging out.
4, fill with water.
5, drop egg as usual.

After about a minute pull the towel up and the egg will be done.

I've been doing this for a while now and it works amazingly well. Poaching eggs is a lot easier than frying them.

I did it exactly like she did and worked great! Egg was nice and running inside, if I need two I just did them separately and it was fine 😁 and I can't cook shit lol
