i dont understand how people can say that there's no good music being made in the modern day. the sheer breadth of musical possibilities are broader than they ever have been. they will say "rap destroyed music" but i dont know, hearing bars being spit over jazzy tunes is something i never knew i needed. contemporary music at it's finest to be found right here

I've listened to this album a few times now, and while the music is superb, the real star of the show is the soul-bearing lyrics from the man himself. Mental illness, systemic oppression, Loneliness, and Future Anxiety are all covered by Alfa, leading to a more subdued, soulful, sound, which makes the more active tracks like Apho and BC shine even brighter, aided by the continuous format of this album. The progressive experimentalism ties the entire thing together, and completes the package with a sound that's masterful, methodical, and soulful, without being too much of a downer to never listen to it on normal days. Overall, an excellent album from Mr. Sekitoleko!

It differentiates what is possible and sustainable for sanity versus the many other possible negative scopes/themes in life. Thank you.
