Check out this 10 lb bass caught by Tim! There is something special about seeing fish of this caliber. Remember, bass of this size are old so treat them with respect and don't keep them out of the water long.

use a bag to weigh fish...especially one of that size. imagine being held by just your jaw.

I have learned so much from you guys. Always great content. One question though. Why are you putting a giant like that in your livewell? Why not weigh it right after you caught her, and put her right back in the water?

Nice! This private place I go to in SC you can catch a dozen 8 to 10lbers in a couple hours. Place is heaven and it has boats you take out with trolling motor.

Nice catch Tim! This is always my fear when I pick up a BFS rig...it'll be the day I hook that DD, and I'll have to sit and watch that Curado BFS get spooled! 😲 😟
BTW, missed a huge bass the other day on a jerkbait. My only guess is I didn't get forward enough momentum on my hookset to get em stuck. It was there and seemed like it spit the bait, which sounds crazy to me with 3 Katsuagi outbarbs. I've been swapping out my Katsuagi's too (keeping new ones on, as I ordered a ton out of Japan)...I placed an order for 6 boxes of BKK spear 21-SS #6's that night!

I live in a Single digit record state, and I caught this post spawn large mouth queen whose mouth and head were about the size of this fish, but she was soo skinny. Only weighed 7.7 lbs, .3 short of matching the record, I'm certain if I could have gotten her pre spawn she would've been 10 lbs+, shame is in this state bass isn't in season until post spawn.

Like them healthy fish your life must be very healthy and not stressed. At least not negative stress because you done gained a bunch of healthy weight since you first started it just shows you what a little bit of extra money does to the body keep picking up some good videos brother.
