We met Chieli Minucci and Special EFX for a great live show and an interview. The Band performed at the Metropool in Hengelo (NL) and had a special guest on percussion that night.

I grew up and knew Chieli, as a young teen, through some friends. I often hung out while they practiced or played. He was supremely talented, even then. Always marvelled at how good he was. Kid would often talk about the supposed best guitarists in the local bands. I always claimed it was Chieli. I think out of all the names, his is the only one nationally, or internationally recognized. I WIN!

Great Fusion jazz. The commentator is however Substandard.

Finde die Idee ja sehr gut, aber etwas mehr anstrengen beim Interviewen wäre sicher nicht schlecht.

I don’t like the way chieli said when George was alive. May be say when George was with us. Love special effects and Chile is solo albums though, didn’t realize jay Rowe was his keyboardist. Jay has some good solo songs of his own. Smooth jazz forever!
