❇The Chemical Engineering Department presents one of its most important practical laboratories: the CRE lab.❇

✴CRE, or Chemical Reaction Engineering, is a very significant topic for chemical engineers. It explores numerous important areas such as mass transfer, heat transfer, reaction kinetics of chemical reactions for designing the most efficient chemical reactor possible.✴

Students can be seen performing certain experiments pertaining to the theory of CRE. The equipments present in the CRE lab include:
CSTR (Continuous Stirred Flow Tank Reactor)
PFR (Plug Flow Reactor)
PBR (Packed Bed Reactor), etc.
