As an introvert (infj), social interaction is draining for me, but I've come to realize that i really never stop talking. Because i could spend HOURS with inner-dialogue. Maybe that's our problem- we spend some much time talking to ourselves in our minds that when someone else wants a conversation, we're too drained haha
