Command used in this video are:-

1) Press Shift + F10 to launch the Command Prompt.
2) Diskpart
3) List Disk
4) Select Disk 0 (Select your required Hard Disk)
5) Clean
6) Create Partition Primary Size=50000 (In my case we want to create 50GB for C drive)
7) Create Partition Primary Size=400000 (In my case we want to create 400GB for D drive)
8) List Partition (To show the all disk which have created)
9) Select Partition 1
10) Active (Make the C Drive Partition Active)
11) Format FS=NTFS quick (Format the drive)
12) Exit (Exit from the Diskpart)
13) Exit (Exit from the Command Prompt)
14) Refresh the Windows Partition Wizard in GUI... Done, That's it...

For those having the same problem who are not necessarily installing windows, just maybe formatting an old SSD and having the same problem (error code 0x80070032) this works like a charm. I migrated my old SSD to a newer, faster m.2 and after I confirmed everything was migrated correctly, I tried to wipe the old SSD but all kinds of error messages popped up. I followed several tutorials to be able to format my SSD but I wasn't able to mount it and all that.

I followed the steps from this tutorial starting from the command prompt and everything worked at the first try! Thank you @ComputicsLab for this tutorial!

Sometimes error code never got resolved using a command prompt. Best solution is clean volume.form complete size of unallocated partition then run chkdsk using command prompt.it will then resolve this problem.because i have watched you video yesterday and after 15 hours of work using different soft and trying anything else my problem is resolved now.thank you and best wishes from me.
