My wife and I were turned on to a huge house near downtown Indy owned by a hoarder who had passed away, we went up there this weekend, and found that he had around 20, 000 Classical and Opera vinyl records, along with many other interesting things, we rented a 15 foot uhaul and loaded it as much as we could with records and other hard goods all free to us. It was quite overwhelming and I'm left regretting not getting a larger truck and filling it with all the vinyl in the house, even though it would take my wife and I years to process and list it all. I'll stay tuned to see how you do!

I know you're trying to flip it quick, but I think those 3 units could easily be organized and consolidated into 1 unit utilizing shelving/height. Unless it looks a lot more packed in person and there's more larger stuff in the back. Anyway, excited for the next couple videos!

Congrats John!!!! When deals like that come along, you HAVE to buy it. You have the right attitude about cherry picking the best stuff and then blowing bulk lots out after that. Not only will it put you in the black quicker, you have less chance of getting bogged down and having to pay more money to store the stuff. You should at least be able to double up if not more from what little I saw. Great stuff and really looking forward to the next few videos. Cheers!!!
