Found it while messing with my ships ramming rod. Pretty nasty since you only need a programmable block and a piston to crash the server.

12/12/2020 - Still not fixed after more than 2 weeks after reporting
18/12/2020 - "Changelog – Hotfix - 1.197.073 - Fixed various crashes" Still works.
