I get that they didn't say thank you which isn't good, but people need to lay off on Karli and how she has no personality or always looks mad. Some people are just like that!! My mom is also like that, and I could give her the best gift in the world, and her reaction would still be pretty dull compared to a lot of other people. Not everyone is easily excited, and she's just being herself.
