Taunt was best move for Bard build but it random between hp damage, magic damage, enrage and scare, the best of this class was it ignore armour

The guy from the video isn't cheating. He just played an old version of the game that at the time still had the equipment skill point bug. The skill points from equipment were permanent and kept stacking up on your char with no limit. This was patched somewhat recently. If someone buys the game now they won't experience this and think he cheated.
