The most disadvantage in this is we give 100% to our customers but we are not rewarded and neither payment are done for service. Customer has always excuse or statment its part of the support 😮

The difficulty for some shops is no more loyalty. Loyalty to the cheapest price to click on.

Actually that's sad too. Some of my friends who had shop never went on holidays and enjoyed life in their young age. Second is those loyal employee are heavily exploited. The owner is making money exponentially but that employee never gets better pay and for whole life at below average pay.

Book a budget oyo in T1 and T2 cities, sure enough you’ll come across the ground reality. There is no cancellation policy where by when the pictures of the property differ from that of the actual present state of the room/hotel booked. They offer 20% of the booking amount as courtesy but the whole experience becomes so horrible that one will never book anything from them, so it is as good as no refund.
