0:35 Some tips for Minho's kick!

Be sure to stretch first, especially your legs and waist.

Slow the video down to 0.25 or 0.5 to start.

Start by kicking slowly, and not bringing your leg up as high. Practice a low kick first and get used to the speed and spinning with it.

Right after the "kick it. Kick it" part, turn your body to the side and step with your right leg. Then use your right leg to turn facing the back, and step with your left, then quickly switch to your right. And with your body to the side, do a small kick with your left and while it's still on the air, do a big kick with your right.
The way you nail a spin kick is with your hips, so swing your hips to the side as you kick. It's like hair, if you swing your head to the side, your hair will catch momentum and follow.
It's similar here, swing your hips to the side yor kicking and the momentum will help you spin. Use your left leg to help you spin when it lands on the ground. It should land before your right.

Practice this on slow speeds and speed it up once you are comfortable with the kick.
