The Purge opening scaremony at Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights 2014

Universal Studios Hollywood kicked off Halloween Horror Nights 2014 with an opening ceremony based on The Purge as complete chaos broke loose in the park.

I remember when I went, I actually stopped a purge actor while he was scaring someone and asked to use the bathroom. He casually broke character and was like "okay so what you wanna do is go passed the Dracula maze and turn left and there you have it."
And then I was like "thanks Mr. Killer, "
And his response was "no problem sweetheart, have a good night and a happy Halloween, " and then went back to scaring people. My friends laughed so hard

the people running towards the attractions were more scary than the actual purge performers. lol.

Here's a nightmare scenario for guests and security; what if an intruder snuck in with the actors and started actually murdering guests in the chaos?

Even though I've heard that the Purge movies aren't all that good, they need to keep having it as the opening ceremony each year. It is absolutely genius.

Can you imagine how much freaking fun it had to be for the guy in front to shed his costume and be in a perfect suit with an axe? Like that had to feel pretty badass.
