I thought it meant for example
I see a common painting let's go with The Mona Lisa.
I do not find this painting beautiful but my girlfriend right next to me does.
Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder means I may not see this painting as a beautiful thing my gf' does.
I don't see how this would mean she sees the painting and therefore she herself is beautiful😂
