I've held my poop for 9 days one time. I believe I was 16 or 17 when I did that. It wasn't painful letting all my feces out. and the weeks after that, I've been pooping every 5 days.

This remind me about that day when I was going home in the evening, I had the urge to pee. But I was still nowhere and my home was far away still. I was on the street so there wasn't toilet place around. So I tried to hold it back until I get home. However, in the end the pain was so terrible that I had to use a bush to cover myself in the hope no one can see me. It was akward but I felt better in the end.

I don't wish pain for anyone..
