On the app it doesn't say internal storage how do I fix it?

hi, do you know how to delete videos off the app gallery? it wont let me save my videos because it says its full. thanks

This process was working for me, but now when I go to Internal Memory, I get a popup "Media Gallery", which says "Checking" with a zero underneath, and this message just stays there. There should be videos and photos to retrieve, as the recording light is ON, and Free Flight asks me after the flight if I want to transfer the videos and photos. Any ideas?
