BRO all you do is turn off the apple lut in Final Cut and add your own lut after shooting in log on the iPhone and you have the power to do WHATEVER to make it look just as good if not BETTER. its sounds crazy but this is where we are now. apple for the win

The comparison is just good for content and entertainment. To begin with the sensor sizes are totally different and until these mobile phones come with the same sensor size the comparisons remains as such.

You can tell which one the iPhone is Because Of the choppiness of the Movement from the subject. And the cannon r5 is much more smooth.

RIP colour matching at least. Good video though. It's just when u say there colour graded by a professional. If u just colour match it would make it harder to differentiate which is which. Again great video

There are still Ghost Flares in the Iphone Vids when shooting at night. Also Iphones have this mysterious noise sometimes (af noise in my iphone 13 pro max for example) which can make your videos unusable…
And real Bokeh with an 1.2 L Lens is still way better. Well, price, size and weight compared to the quality is still awesome. Its best if you have both if you can afford it. I wonder if the Videos from the R6 MKII are worse than with the r5. It costs half of the R5.

Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ?
I don't have an iPhone, so can anyone please let me know if you turn ProRaw in 12 megapixel instead of 48 megapixel, can it take 12 bit photos ?
I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference.
If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade !

The comparison is not fair. On the one hand, the 24-105mm is a big advantage over the iPhone, but on the other hand, the sharpness of the DSLR would be significantly higher with a fixed focal length instead of the zoom lens.
