Data Protection and Mobility for HCI and the Public Cloud

Organizations are evolving their data centers to be more cloud-like. A significant component of these initiatives is to invest in hyper-converged infrastructures (HCI). Organizations are implementing HCI at multiple locations and, at the same time, are moving some workloads to the public cloud. The result is a highly distributed IT infrastructure, which makes the data protection process more challenging than ever. Distributed data centers also increase the importance of being able to move data between the various points of distribution.
