Lock In 7% With Government Bonds:

ISRO is India's bustling national space program that is not only one of the only countries capable of launching rockets to space, but also one of the only countries to have sent probes to the moon and even mars. Aside from having a wide range of rockets and programs, the most impressive aspect about ISRO is their cost-effectiveness. Unlike other government space organizations, ISRO is extremely efficient having one of the lowest costs per kilogram in the space industry. For instance, ISRO not only became the first organization to achieve Martian orbit on their first try, but they also did it at a record low cost of $74 million. Comparable missions completed by NASA often range in the hundreds of millions of dollars. This video explains the various rockets and programs of ISRO and the future of ISRO in the space industry.

Nowadays I literally can’t tell if a foreign channel is trying to get Indians’ attention by making a video about them(for the views obv) or genuinely appreciating the effort put into space exploration by ISRO.

Back in the days when ISRO was just getting started almost everyone laughed upon us for being a poverty-stricken country that wanted to have a space agency but it's all thanks to our leader Vikram Sarabhai who saw this as an important tool to fix our looted society. It is his ardent desire to use space for the common people and make others realise his dream which really paid of. He is truly a lost gem of INDIA and in a broader sense to the WORLD itself.

** Interesting Fact:** Scientists at ISRO were so confident about this landing, that ISRO chairmen stated "If everything fails, if all the sensors fail, nothing works, still it (Vikram Lander) will make a landing. That’s how it has been designed"

Fun Fact:
US rejected India's demand for Cryogenic Engine. They tried everything to stop India to form ISRO. But Indian scientists made their own cryo engine and now they are independent...

Did you know? ISRO’s Mangalyaan Mission was made in a lesser budget than the movie Gravity.

I am so proud of ISRO. My grandfather's (was the Director of VSSC) dream was to see the launch of the GSLV but he died 2 years prior to the launch. My grandfather helped design the SLV, PSLV and, GSLV and was one of the most hard-working people. RIP Dr. Srinivasan, it was a shame I never got to meet him.

ISRO did a soft landing on Moon today with Chandrayaan III, the Pragyan rover got deployed on the Lunar surface few hours back. The budget of Making Interstellar Movie was $165 Millions, the Budget of Chandrayaan III is $75 Millions. That's ISRO for you.

I don't think it's anything about humiliating NASA cuz we Indians quite admire NASA's work, it's a win win situation for humanity.

I knew India had a space agency, but definitely was not aware of how accomplished they have been. I definitely see them fighting for 1st place in space technology in upcoming years.

No wonder why so many ISRO scientists are attacked on regular basis 😭

ISRO is incredible. Started from the bottom and the things they've achieved almost seems impossible.

One thing people didn't realise in India
How TATA group so important is to india
It is the driving force in country's development
The first nuclear study Institute was founded by the tata group today it is named BARC
Even isro's roots are found in tata group

Imagine if india was lucrative enough to retain it's best brains. Sadly, only a few decide to stay back and work for their country, and sacrifice even the most basic lifestyle one can live.

Fun fact: in the start of the space program, ISRO was not given enough budget this led to the scientists to carry many of the rocket parts on a cycle to the site of work.
