SpitFire Propellers by Mercury Marine

I've got the Spitfire on my Tracker V175 Pro guide with a Mercury 115 fourstroke. Prop has good acceleration and top end but it does cavitate on turns.

What is the best pitch and diameter on a Spitfire for a 4 stroke 50 hp Mercury on a Tracker 170. I want real good performance out of the hole but don’t want to lose more than 2 mph on top end.

My 2021 Tahoe came with the spitfire installed from the factory. Seems Mercury is just putting them on the new 75hp to 115hp ( probably the rest of them as well)

Awesome video, I'm trying to order a spitfire for my new 2021 25hp merc for a 1542 flat bottom jon. Should I try out the 9.3x9.5 or the 9.3x11 I'm new to this and can only afford one for now. Any info helps

If the spitfire is the all around better prop, why do Mercury motors come with the inferior prop installed from the factory, besides getting you to spend additional dollars?
