Extra Tomato Plants? LET'S MAKE A PROFIT!!

Don't dispose of those extra tomato plants that are leggy and looking a mess!! Let's pot them up and sell them!
So many things we plant, get left behind for compost. Pot them up into bigger containers and sell them at Market or Farm Gate! NOTHING should go to waste! This may be a boring video, but it all has meaning to MANY of us farmers who want to know! ENJOY!

I place the root ball at the bottom of the pot, then fill the pot with soil. That way the plant is less tall and spindly, and more of the stem is buried which helps keep the plant upright. And then additional roots will grow out of the stem, making the plant stronger and healthier.
