Rich, I commend you for looking past it all to examine the detail. Im a little ashamed at what a snob and brand monkey I was when I first saw the picture - I thought "trying to be a swaro" but actually the v specific and particular things you picked out are those I would legit' test by. I commend the no nonsense approach. Im fort' to have a great pair of bino's which I intend to keep forever but when my none shooting friends look through them, they realise there's more to bin's than handles and so always ask me for mid range recommendations - so a v worthwhile and refreshing review.
