This is amazing, seriously. The Sahara never looked cooler or better! What headliners! Just beautiful. Thank you.

I remember Tahoe not having the big buildings, but seeing Reno with no big buildings looks weird. Always remembered Reno in the 70s as a kid and seeing all the big hotels down the strip with the old Reno arch. I was also there in 88 when they took down the old arch and put in the new one. They had a laser and fireworks show to celebrate the lighting of the new arch. The old arch was sent to Willits, CA and is still there today with the Willits sign.

In 1967, I was a 10 year old at St. Theresa's School. Mom was a blackjack dealer, and dad was a bartender both at Harrah's. They though nothing of leaving us home alone and staying in a Stateline motel if our hillside street didn't get plowed. Good times!

So wonderful to be able to see what places like Tahoe looked like before urban blight. I recollect a family trip to Tahoe around 1961 n seeing fireworks on the lake. Very exciting stuff!!! Very beautiful location. Before urban blight. Many blessings ya'll.
