The ANOVA table helps understand if entire regression model is significant or not. It answers the question are the dependent variables a good predicator of the independent variable.

The hypothesis is "The is not a relationship between the dependent and independent variables." An F score of 47 would mean that the hypothesis would be rejected.

That is a great idea! One of the frustrating things for me with Youtube is it does not allow me to organize (have a table of contents, etc...) material. The best I can do is create playlists.

One of the things I may do is to start posting on my website (MyBookSucks). I could organize the materials better there. The problem is my webskills are not nearly as good as my animation skills.

Great videos on Regression/Multiple Regression. I understand how you get all those derived numbers etc, but what do they all mean interms of your data, prediciting grades etc. My question really is from the output is important to report - Is it r, R-sq,   and which p-vaule! Could you use your example to explain?

If someone got confused, he mixed up the y & x axes. On the graf it's supposed to be "Grades" as the dependent variable (Y) and student (x) as the independent variable.

so are you rejecting the null hypothesis? independent variables are 93.1% dependent on dependent variables? will you please interpret your hypotheses and the results?
