I'm one of the names running around in there from about 2001-2006, and it's a fascinating thing to watch, only I sort of wish you'd left out gcc/testsuite, libstdc++-v3, and especially libjava from the visualization, because -- just because they're huge and deeply nested -- they take up enormous amounts of space and this makes it hard to see what's going on in the more interesting parts of the source tree.
