Here's my guess: Gauss' feet are thin because they move so fast they have to slice through the air more easily.

As a specialist in that topic, Nezha deserves to be in at least Top 3 for not only Style but also Functionality. Yareli (or Yarr Eh Lee)'s shoes fit with her theme artistically, which was inspired likely by Belle Epoque era fashion. No reason to lose against guy who puts Snowpiercer on his feet.

gauss feet is designed after pumas banned running shoes. its designed that way because when you run or jump shoes will help with extra bounce making you faster and reducing stress. it also has similar vibe with prosthetic running legs.
dunno why that thin tho makes zero sense because if its thin you leg might get stuck in soft surfaces.

possible explanation for gauss feet: i think it has to beeee with that athlete that got an prosthetic leg with a design that optimized his grip or something, it became controversial if i mandla it correctly, since people argued that his time improved because they were lighter allowing him to run faster than normal athletes... maybe the idea is that he is meant to run and has no need for toes and regular shapes that would reduce his feet performance or something so zooom zooom gauss go
