Australians know how to do Ford performance cars right. I'd buy this in a heartbeat if they offered it in the US. I'd love to have a fast V8 sedan that isn't a Chrysler or GM product.

All I can say is a supercharged 335kw V8 with GT- R Spec suspension and Brembo"s for under $60, 000.Even if you don't like the looks its an absolute performance bargain. We Aussies will miss them when there gone V8 Holden's included.

I'm from the UK and I want one of these. Loved proper Australian fast Fords since seeing Mad Max as a kid. Truly the last of the V8s. Just as long as I can have it in matt black on gloss black. Actually, I'd also have it in standard MFP yellow, red, and blue...

People can bag this car all they want but the fact of the matter is for the money its performance is second to none and if you want more performance it costs fuck all to get more power out of this thing compared to the Naturally Aspirated GM engines. As an all round package though the VF SSV is better with more technological features and up to the minute interior but when it comes to the drivetrain and pure performance this is leaps and bounds ahead.

Funny thing is that Ford America said no to an intercooler on the V8 Sprints. Just get it to market it's taken you to long. An intercooled Sprint in either XR8 or XR6 form would beat a GTS. I'm a Holden boy but I've got a lot of respect for the FG Falcon. Nice car. I actually bought one last year. 2011 XT. The standard 4.0 six is a nice engine.
