Sean "Diddy" Combs is losing his honorary doctorate degree from Howard University. The university released a statement today confirming the news and also announced that they would be returning his $1 million donation.

Howard accepting Diddy's money and bit washing themselves completely clean from his perverted and illegal mess could have negatively impacted Howard's self image and the University itself. They did the right to completely separate themselves from him and his dirty money.

Many students protested in 2014 when he was initially given the honorary degree. It was a big ordeal in the DMV. Howard should’ve never given him the degree to begin with. Many love to shout “HU” but that’s where it ends. HBCUs are extremely underfunded there’s no need to waste a graduation ceremony on people who are stingy.
