I am behabing from shoulder replacement and use slow eccentric along with myorep and my PT can’t believe the progress a 72 year old is making. She said she has never had a patient that swears as much as I do. Thanks for the vids, I never would have learned to cuss that good.

I truly appreciate you all. Im 34 recently and have never enjoyed training, but due to extremely stressful relationship, i lost 95 lbs in 8 months. 265 to 170 and felt like total sh!t. Found your channel shortly after and decided not to waste away again. Im 6'2, 200 to 210 nowadays and to my surprise, i have some pretty awesome genetics. Please, sir do a video on what you feel is the most optimal time to train… when is your body the most anabolic is it better to train in the morning first thing in the evening does timeframe of affect training at all please guys like this comment so we can get this information from Mr. Mike. I’ve been super setting a rotation of 3 different forms of biceps curls with my sets of tricep pushdowns and extensions, lat prayers, and facepulls on the pulleys, and it’s actually insane how many sets and reps you can actually squeeze out compared to what you would think.

Started doing that variation probably a Little over a year ago. It absolutely destroys your biceps. There is no cheating. It is the straightest pull you will ever get on your bicep

If you don't have a lot of time, then just do 1, maybe 2 sets to failure. Myoreps will fatigue you more than give stimulus
