Alex Wagner looks back at the hints Emily Kohrs, the foreperson for the Fulton County special grand jury, dropped about potential indictments by District Attorney Fani Willis eight months ago when the special grand jury issued its report under seal. Now that the report has been unsealed, we can not only see what Kohrs knew then that we didn't, but also the apparently restraint of Fani Willis's charging decisions.

Graham will go down as a traitor in the history books if there are any books

Graham was likely omitted because it would have almost certainly caused the entire case to be moved to Federal Court for prosecution. DOJ can go after him independently if they so choose without upsetting the Georgia case.

Mitchell, Flynn and Graham are definately as bad as they come. Really want to see those people face accountability.

I can hardly believe how much I dislike this juror. Being a juror is a serious responsibility and she has damaged that image for her 25 minutes of fame

Emily Kohrs don't understand when trying to be helpful is not being helpful. Everything should be tight as a jug until trial.

Grassley, Graham, Purdue and Loeffler need to be investigated by the Public Integrity Unit of the DOJ.

People who have power and influence such as doctors, clergy, police, judges and politicians need to be held accountable for their illegal actions even more than citizens who don't have the power that they possess. Graham, Jordan, Green, Bobert and the rest of the conspirators cannot get a free pass .

Graham suggested ‘tossing’ legally cast ballots and yet, he didn’t make the list for indictments. WHY?

She should have never been on a grand jury

Lindsey Graham asking Georgia to toss ballots makes me wonder what's getting tossed in the South Carolina elections.

Lindsey and Flynnsey need to be indicted and spend time in the Binsey…along with all the others who were indicted.

You can believe they snitched on everyone else

Not indicting Graham is a mistake imo. Politicians need to be held to a higher standard of conduct, with significantly less consideration for the "political" ramifications of them being charged. It should be black or white: sufficient evidence=a trial with every possibility to prove your innocence. In the end, the voters need to know both sides of the story when they decide who they hand the reins of government to.

I think when she said the "decisions" were imminent she meant that her office would be deciding who to indict very soon not that the information would be publicly released then. It would obviously take a long time to figure out who among the defendants would be willing to make deals and to write a thorough case against them after the decisions were made.

19 people is a lot to handle. The other 20 can be prosecuted later.

How about no public official should ever ask anyone to "find ballots to toss out?"

The reason those people weren't indicted is because they are now witnesses against the defense.

America judicial system is independent of congressional oversight. GOP lawmakers engaged in obstruction of justice must be held accountable. Prosecute all Trump-GOP crimes against America.

If you see Lindsey Graham randomly flinching it's because he hears bullets flying past and is trying to dodge them.

Kohrs was the first person I thought of when the news broke today. IIRC, she said we'd be shocked at the number of people they recommended charging. Even then, I didn't think it would be this many.
The second thing I thought was how we speculated, as 'imminent' turned into weeks and months, that Willis was hard at work with her spatula, setting up as many flips as she could 🤣 Can't wait to see if that turns out to be the case.
