How to get this wire that you connected from charging cable to wire around multimeter?

What is the other twisted wires that you disconnected? Mine is a similar swagtron scooter and the wires look different with no twisted ones. Is it important to disconnect the twisted wires?

My Xiaomi Pro2 has one battery cell pack downvoltage and at full charge it gets about 3, 750v instead of ~4, 150 which is the standard rate. All other cell packs are fine with deviations less than 10mv. Do you think if I try to charge that way bypassing the BMS it will charge the low voltage cell and balance with others? Otherwise I need to search into the battery for any loosen connection or damaged cell eventually 🤔

Do you have to press the small reset button on the battery? I did everything exactly as you did except for pressing the reset button on the battery. The ac charger is showing a red LED but the battery is not blinking with a blue light
