Sometimes I think some furries are genuinely nice and wholesome, I'm not a furry myself but I think the hate they get is a bit too much :((

I will say, not all kemono fursuits are like this! It is mainly a style choice being more anime-like rather than cartoony/realistic! So, if you are wanting a kemono suit, be aware that you can ask your suit maker for no glass eyes/larger mouth! ^^

and then when he was trying to say kawaii, he said kowai.. which means scary..

I have always been fascinated by how artistic and creative those fursuits are. They are true masterpieces, I can only imagine the amount of effort put into them and I occasionally watch videos/shorts like this.

People hate furries due to ignorance, prejudice, and bigotry. They know nothing about furries so they hate them. They hear or read some of the myths, misinformation, and stereotypes about furries, so they hate them. They meet a furry and can’t stand that that person has different interests, so they hate furries. It’s nothing short of stupid, pure and simple. Furries are just everyday people from all walks of life who happen to like anthropomorphic cartoon animal characters and their artists, and some are artists themselves. They celebrate creativity, imagination, diversity, similarities as well as differences, freedom of speech and expression, and people developing their talents. What’s to hate about that?
As a furry why do we recieve hate like this? Are people truly afraid of the unknown?
