From a purely practical point of view, it seems like it will be Venthyr vs Night Fae. Both are aoe (which all 3 DK specs love), both deal damage, both mitigate the damage you take. Night Fae is probably superior, but Venthyr also have the Door of Shadows signature ability, which is phenomenal for DKs. Looks like venthyr remains the default choice.

Thanks for the video, im watching around 2h of videos a day in the background while i work, other creators cant just say the basic and show it. They always come with tons of conclusions and forget to show the tooltip, animations, etc. They are more worried about creating a bias than informing ppl.
If i play dk ill go ardenweald 100% seems very op and nice looking. Actually, of all that ive seem till now, ardenweald sounds like the universal best covenant abilities (some exceptions).

I really wish they would add a customization option that allows you to change the colour of your death knight character's eyes to be either blue, green or red.

I’m gonna go Night Fae. Death’s Due is beautiful, it’s strong, and it doesn’t add a button to my hotbar. Soul Shape is also especially useful for Death Knights because we don’t have a ton of movement options like other classes. Plus I think a Death Knight could absolutely get behind the idea of serving the Winter Queen.

Most likely picking Venthyr or Night Fae due to their Base Covenant Ability being a mobility increase which is something DKs lack. However, I think Necrolord is solid as well for me as a Blood DK. Hard choice for sure! Thank you for the video.

Night Fae! I'm not skill orientated really and I was going for them anyway (so far cos moths) but that ability seems pretty awesome on top of it. I would indeed more vids like this :D

I like this series, I've seen another channel showing the abilities for each class, but no real focus on getting a good look at the animations. So I really like that you are going to focus on that in these videos and not so much what the ability does.

Venthyr ability is most well-rounded what I play, but necrolords is the thematic fit.

Necro for leveling only.. it will be crap in m+.. (except sanguine weeks) will work better for frost imo.

So because of night faes travel form/blink ability I think they will be the strongest one, at least from a blood dk perspective. I can pull dungeons way faster
