Today we are reviewing the regular production Spinnaker Piccard, a "slimmed down" version of the 47mm behemoth I reviewed last year. At 26+ milimeters, that was definitely the thickest watch I ever featured, this one has been slimmed down to a still incredible 21mm.
This one is also Stainless steel instead of titanium, which makes it VERY HEAVY given it also comes with a bracelet.

Great review. I love mine. I can't help but smile every time I see that Krakken eyeball staring back at me....

Will be getting it this month. After many sensible Swiss tickers it’s time for a mad one

I used to own a couple of eco zillas, so this looks great to me.

This is the sort of thing that makes me sad I can't wear heavy watches.

That’s a beast of a watch I like it though and I’m considering buying one

looks like fish-eye lens 😃
I have 7.3 inche wrist.
i have a 51mm lug to lug watch a 43mm tank. But i think that this is the maximum i will wear on my wrist.
recently i wanted to get the glycine incursore but that watch has 56mm lug to lug 😲

The vessel on the caseback is not the triëste, but the PX-15 from 1969…😉

Take the bulbous crystal out and I’m there. The rest of it is very nice

with a flat sapphire that could be a great piece.

This might be for slimmer guys who can wear it as weight when in the gym.

One wonders - is this a gimmick watch, like to show off? I can't see anyone ever actually using it as a tool

It's ok for keeping it on a shelf... somewhere in garage... show it to your friends few times... and then forget about it completely. But does that worth $500? Maybe, if you totally lost your mind. Tho, this watch exists because the world is full of psychopaths.
