It’s true. Retired Pediatric nurse here. I saw it on the floor and sadly in my own grandson. He was a happy, babbling baby saying five words then after his yearly vaccine schedule, he became mute. He was no longer taking steps. He’s still trying to catch up and he’s 5 now. Split your kids’ vaccines and don’t give unnecessary ones!

Trump doesn’t actually believe any of that stuff. He’s just telling RFK Jr. what he wants to hear

When Trump says "we're gonna win", he follows it up with "we're way ahead of the guy." The most syntactically plausible understanding of this is trump using the "we" in the first person rather than the second. Since Trump likes his poll numbers, I would guess he refers to that, which doesn't include Bobby Jr's poll numbers

Once again, dishonest and disingenuous reporting by Pakman. Questioning the safety and efficacy of the children's vaccine schedule does not equate to being anti vaccine. It demonstrates concern over the safety of said vaccines which have very little to no safety data to support them.

He is famously anti vax. It was a talking point in 2015.
