Golf Rules - Ball at rest against movable obstruction

Q.
Your ball has come to rest against a movable obstruction, in this case a towel. What do you do?

A.
You may move the movable obstruction, and if your ball moves, just replace your ball, no penalty.
Rule 15.2

If your ball won't stay at rest after being replaced, you then try a second time. If again it won't stay at rest, you then find the nearest, most similar lie that is not nearer the hole and place it there. Rule 14.2e.
