Rumia is a youkai from Touhou Project serving as the stage 1 boss of the first game in the Windows 98 era, Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. She can manipulate the darkness; but judging from what she says about her in her first appearance, she is only powerful enough to make it seem like late evening.

Rumia (Ruumia) is A Youkai With the Ability to Manipulate Darkness.She one of the few Youkai doesn't seem to belong to any particular species.
