I was shy and scared as well. Although the whole worst they could do is say no thing did not relate to me as I was more afraid of the rejection. I've numbed my emotion with weed, shrooms and alcohol and I can honestly say that it changed my outlook on life. I do not condone anybody to start using drugs and alcohol.
