Rafflesia can only live up to a week at maximum before it drains it's host and collapses under its own weight. It's called the Stinking Corpse Lily due to the fact that it smells like a corpse. However, the name Corpse Flower is reserved for a plant called Titan Arum. The Titan Arum is known for being the largest inflorescent flower and for smelling like a corpse. During the day, the Titan Arum has no odor, but smells at night. When it blooms, it smells terrible at all times, luckily it can only bloom once ever 1-2 years for around 2-3 days
