They’re selling the house because they need the money AND legally there were a lot of arrangements made about that house and whose it was. Janelle 100% has money still stuck in Robyn’s house and her saying she’ll lawyer up is enough to make the both of them freak out. If Janelle lawyers up, she’ll end up with a whole lot more money than if they work on it with her. If they don’t work something out like selling Robyn’s home and giving people their share and then go on to buy another place, they’ll end up losing a whole lot more in just lawyer fees alone. They’re not breaking up, they’re making sure they don’t go broke
