Shouldn't the Regular Expression be a*b*c* for this case? As if we take for example a string say bac, we could go from q0 to q1 by epsilon move and then on input b we remain on q1. But there is no way we could get that 'a' accepted after that b as there is no epsilon move from q1 to qo.
