SCP-882 - A Machine (SCP Animation)

SCP-882 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as A Machine.

SCP 882 appears to be a random assembly of gears, cables, pulleys, screws, and belts, all made of an amalgam of various metals. Any metal touching the SCP882 will become permanently affixed to it, and over a period of a few days becomes a new part of the object. What is this strange object? Where did it come from? And what connection does it have to the old gods and the infamous Group of Interest (GOI) the Church of the Broken God?

I remember this as being a heart that was built by man to complete the broken god, but it was(is) flawed and drove the god insane. At the end of the incident, Mexico gained a long peninsula called Baja California. I believe this was all part of the Ouroboros Cycle Canon.
