I've tried a few teas that are supposed to help soothe your throat (e.g. Throat Rescue, Cold 911, and Bravissimo from David's Tea or the original Throat Coat), but I never notice much of a difference. I do like licorice in tea though so I drink them anyway. Tea lattes with soy milk seem to help me the most though.
